What we print

  • Automotive interior trims, covers and reproduction components.
  • Brackets, housings, jigs, fixtures and prototypes.
  • Low-volume replacement components and design iterations.
  • Parts designed from supplied CAD or developed through our CAD service.

Materials and suitability

Material choice depends on temperature, UV exposure, flexibility, strength, surface finish and intended use. We will discuss suitable materials for the job.

Before printing

We check your file, dimensions and intended use before printing. Layer lines and small surface variations are normal. Parts exposed to high loads or used in safety-critical applications need a separate suitability assessment.

From file to part

  1. Provide a model or request CAD development.
  2. Confirm size, material, quantity and finishing requirements.
  3. Review print feasibility and receive a quote.
  4. Proceed with prototypes or production after scope approval.

Request a 3D printing quote

Request a quote with the model file, intended use, approximate dimensions, material preference and required quantity. You can email larger files or photos to engineering@kageoni.com.
