Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
