Installation does require a small amount of trimming to OEM mounts. Approximately 5mm has to be trimmed off of both the left & right mounts
remove the original ash tray, unscrew retainer tray, trim left & right tabs as required. Install the cup holder base frame & slide the cupholder into place, you will hear a snap, this indicates the cupholder has seated correctly.
The design preserves the period correct appearance of your vehicle's dashboard, ensuring a factory finished look.
